  • Just wanted to share this link.  It's good to read and remember if you have friends or family that are in the military.

  • Just a short update...

    This past weekend was marvelous :)  I got to spend some wonderful days with Colin.  And since I wasn't feeling the greatest, we kind of just relaxed and hung out and talked. :) It was quite nice, and over way to quickly.  

    I'm back to battling Lyme again.  It just seems it's one of those things that comes and goes.  So right now, I'm in the thick of things, but hopefully in time, I'll be on the upswing again and on the sure road to feeling better.

    I also started two new school courses for this fall.  Yeah, it's a little early, but I had the option of starting early, and I'm hoping to get some done in both of them before school starts full swing again, so I'll have a little more flexibility this fall, especially if I'm still not feeling that great in a month.

  • Got a phone call! :)

    I got a phone call late last night from Colin! :)  Ah, it was a wonderful surprise and so, so good to hear his voice again. :)  He's finishing up the last few days there at LDAC.  He's done well, and God has blessed so much. Praise God! I'm so proud of my man. :)  A few more days, and I'll be meeting Colin at the airport.  Pray for a smooth flight in, if you would.  Thanks ever so much!

  • I'm just another country girl trying to live each day abandoned to my great and wonderful heavenly Father. It's Terrible (as in challenging) because Satan wants my destruction and ruin...and also because I'm a sinner like everyone else, and I make mistakes. But I wouldn't trade anything for getting my chance to embark on the Great and Terrible Quest.

  • I'm so busy this week.  Working a lot of hours.  And also studying for an exam next week.  Sorry for being absent.
  • Target shooting is totally awesome people! :) Got pretty decent groupings today at 50 yds.  Yep, I'm happy! :)
  • Okay, maybe neurotransmitters and synapses are pretty cool....agghhhh....gotta love psychology! :) (emphasis on maybe). :)
